Seismic acquisition completed in Block El-Fahs, onshore Tunisia.
El-Fahs 2D Seismic Acquisition
Dove and their joint venture partners began a 2D seismic acquisition campaign on 19th August, 2009. The survey was conducted by PGS, onshore Tunisia, on the El-Fahs permit. The survey was completed on time and under budget on 28th September with a total of 206 line km of data acquired. The minimum work obligations were 100 line km of 2D.
The new data set will be processed and interpreted to assist the planning of the first exploration well. It is expected to drill this well in 2010.
